19 Arsenal players called up for international duty

Arsenal will have up to 19 players competing on the international stage. This will be the year’s last international break.

The last round of qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup will include the majority of national teams.

Arsenal’s summoning of a large number of players indicates that their strong performances at the club level have been acknowledged.

 

Emile Smith Rowe has been in excellent form and was called up to the England senior squad for the first time yesterday.
