The latest Arsenal news and views from solidinfos on Friday morning, source; football.london.
According to his agent, William D’avila, Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny wants to leave the Emirates Stadium and join Galatasaray.
Elneny’s contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the season, and his agent has now confirmed where his client wants to be in the future.
“Galatasaray is a very big club, it does well in European cups, and Galatasaray is one of the biggest contenders for the championship every year,” D’avila said to Sporx. Elneny sees this as a fantastic chance and wants to play for Galatasaray.
“Every week, I see Galatasaray; we already have a solid connection, but I see several players.”
“Mohamed Elneny’s contract expires at the end of the season, so he could make a lucrative January transfer or sign a pre-contract deal with a team for the following season.”
“It’s vital to consider that since he’ll be free next summer — he’ll be granted free status.” Naturally, he want to visit Turkey.
“In addition to Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Basaksehir, Besiktas, and Trabzonspor are all interested in Elneny. If Galatasaray is the only option in Turkey, I can’t answer this question. Of course, Galatasaray is interested because he will be a free agent, he is a good footballer, and he knows Turkey, which is advantageous.”
England has included Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka in their roster for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against San Marino and Albania.
However, despite their recent form, Arsenal pair Emile Smith Rowe and Ben White are not included, much to the disappointment of several fans.
