Ordered two lamps. Lamps delivered one month apart. They can not be used in Australia as the wiring is not to code. Have notified Liftad repeatedly that an electrical assessment has shown that the wiring is not legal and can cause electrocution and fire. Liftad offered a 5% refund for the “inconvenience” which I refused. I’m paying the $200 return shipping fee and raising a complaint with my credit card company for a chargeback.
