Horrible customer service, terrible contact information
Ordered an incubator from the shop. Realized it wasn’t what I needed and quickly tried to cancel my order. They don’t have a cancel or edit order button. I immediately contacted customer service. I emailed them and was stuck with a bot. They don’t answer their phone either. It took them DAYS to respond and by the time they did, my order had already shipped. I responded to their email and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I filed a dispute on PayPal and it took them several more days to respond. I sent the item back and haven’t received my promised refund. I have logged conversations and screenshots. I’m going to escalate this to a scam claim. Don’t trust this company. -

Ordered via Google Shopping platform
Ordered via Google Shopping platform, 6′ x 250′ weed barrier. Recieved 4′ x 250′ weed barrier. Filed return request and received response from The LAShop to send photos as proof of wrong item sent. Sent email w/ photos of wrong size product and was notified email was “undeliverable” due to mail box being full. I have tried calling their customer service no. which I found on the web and have not been able to speak with a live person after waiting 30 minutes on call. Have left voice messages regarding this issue and not received return phone call yet- it has been in 48 hrs.

TheLAShop be recommended Solidinfos at the moment but if things changes ,we will surely update this post.
